A one-day motivational workshop designed to awaken true potential, build leadership, and inspire determination among participants — helping them lead dignified, purposeful lives as proud Sri Lankans.

Structure
This is a one (1) day programme. Time duration is 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. 35-45 participants per session. Wide variety of learning strategies, methods and techniques will be utilized. Participatory approach will be encouraged.
