Objective
To simulate motivation level and developing positive attitudes of the participants to work as members of high performance work team and bear accountabilities in achieving organization goals.
Structure
This is a one (1) day programme. Time duration is 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. 35-45 participants per session. Wide variety of learning strategies, methods and techniques will be utilized. Participatory approach will be encouraged.

Rs. 65,000 (Outside the Colombo limits travelling cost will be added)
